Ruslan Grinberg is an outstanding economist in Russia. He is the Scientific Director of the Institute of Economics at the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). He is the Director of the Institute of International Economic and Political Studies of the RAS, since 2015 he has been working as the Academic Supervisor of the Institute of Economics of the RAS.
