Ramon Rodriganez Riesco is the CEO & Co-founder of Nova Talent Spain, the Spanish chapter of the global top-talented community which connects high-potential individual amongst themselves and with the best companies. He also works as an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group, where he has experience in Telecom, Banking, and Pharmaceutical industries in projects related to Big Data, Analytics, and Human Resources. Ramon is a Fulbright Scholar with an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Columbia University. He also holds a double M.S. & B.S. in Industrial Engineering from École Centrale Paris and ICAI School of Engineering and a B.A. in Applied Economics from Dauphine University. Ramon is passionate about Data Science, Education, Human Resources and startups, having co-founded 3 in since 2015 (Nova Talent, Daskit.com and TagToShop.com). He also spends time in social impact activities and has lead volunteering camps in Madagascar and Ethiopia.
