Kanimozhi Ganesan, as Head of Projects and Products, plays a key strategic role in defining and evolving the direction of project and product portfolios. She is instrumental in conceptualizing new offerings, aligning them with technological trends, and nurturing high-performing teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term impact.

With over 25 years of experience in the IT services industry, she has built a strong reputation for delivering results, especially in collaboration with international clients and multinational organizations. Her expertise spans a wide range of domains, including:

• Application development and maintenance
• Multimedia technologies, including game development, 2D and 3D animation
• Broadcast production, particularly children’s educational and entertainment content

In recent years, she has led the development of a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) using the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. This initiative reflects her vision for scalable, flexible, and user-centered digital learning platforms.

Currently, Kanimozhi is engaged in research and innovation, working as a Lead Researcher with a focus on the convergence of technology, education, and community development.
