Nikolina Herceg Kolman

Nikolina Herceg Kolman is a PHD student in Comparative Politics at the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Zagreb, currently writing the doctoral thesis on the Europeanization of human rights policy.

Having been a senior advisor in the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia and the Croatian Parliament, Herceg Kolman has an extensive experience in the field of policy development and eu affairs. During her term as advisor to the Minister of Foreign and European affairs she has been especially involved in the process of EU institution and capacity building during the final stages o EU accession and first years of EU membership, including the organisation of the referendum on EU membership. Herceg Kolman has also been a lecturer in eu affairs and policy for different Croatian and international organisations.

Herceg Kolman holds a master’s degree in Journalism from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb.
